I think this is one of Taylor's best albums, I feel like I'm biased in saying that since reputation is my favorite album lol. But aside from that, I still like him, and I'm being very kind in giving him a rating 8.5, not ten.

reputation es uno de esos álbumes de Taylor que tienen una personalidad tan fuerte que es imposible confundirlos con cualquier otro.Me encanta esa mezcla de oscuridad,sensualidad y vulnerabilidad que esconde detrás de una imagen aparentemente fría y desafiante.Siento que es un disco que va mucho más allá de la venganza o de lo que los demás piensan de ti porque en el fondo también habla de encontrar a alguien con quien poder ser tú mismo cuando todo a tu alrededor parece estar en tu contra.Eso es lo que más me gusta,el contraste entre las canciones más intensas y ese lado íntimo que aparece cuando Taylor habla del amor.Además su sonido tiene algo adictivo que hace que vuelva a escucharlo una y otra vez.Aunque hay algunos temas que me llegan más que otros creo que su identidad,su concepto y la forma en la que cuenta esta etapa de su vida lo convierten en uno de sus mejores trabajos.Para mí reputation demuestra que incluso cuando el mundo te juzga puedes encontrar algo bonito que te haga sentir que todo merece la pena.

the production towards the "revenge" songs are absolutely great but it's the execution that made me dislike them. it may be an iconic comeback at the time but the sound didn't hold up really well as it sounds dated and cringe nowadays, on the other hand a lot of the standouts songs are pretty much the love songs in here. it's definitely nowhere near her best and I don't understand why her fandom overrate the hell out of this record when she has a better work out there
