Un ritorno a delle sonorità più classiche per Kanye, ma adattate in chiave moderna, e infatti dal punto di vista delle produzioni il disco non è per niente male, i sample sono carini e le tracce più martellanti fanno il loro lavoro. Quello che secondo me è il vero problema di Bully è la coerenza, siccome le tracce sono molto corte, l'esperienza di ascolto è poco coesa e non c'è il tempo di metabolizzare una traccia che si passa subito alla successiva, non è una cosa necessariamente sbagliata in ogni canzone però in un disco del genere le tracce dovevano essere più lunghe. Il tema qui è Kanye che diventa una nuova versione di se stesso, come specificato al inizio, l'altro tema principale è quello di rompere il sistema, e ci sono critiche ai media e alla società in generale, c'è sempre quel tocco di arroganza anche se qui ridotto rispetto ad altre opere che non guasta mai. In sostanza Bully è il disco più bello dell'era post Donda e speriamo che Ye mantenga questi livelli per i prossimi album.

Kanyes return to none antisemitic music one of my most anticipated albums having waited around 2 years for this projected with many and and I mean many changes from the OG bully I've loved the era but with the review I have to be honest I don't love the rough production on some tracks and it lacks the lyricsm but still some bangers just grateful we got bully lit lone a deluxe I hope this won't be Kanyes last album Top 3 Hm.punch drunk 3.white lines 2.all the love 1.This one here KANYE WEST BULLY 8.2/10

Deluxe definitley better

Deluxe version doesn’t really add much if anything to this album to be honest just a couple random songs that were probably throwaways.

Good comeback album. The songs are very short tho and it doesn’t feel like a cohesive album

Yea, this was the update it needed, the vocals being louder on some songs and better mixing helped them not sound muddy like how the originals did and the Lauryn hill feature was a nice surprise, overall I think all the updates helped it become a lot better. Also new re-recorded vocals over ai.
