Never thought I would find myself listening to this album again after five years. This album was a masterpiece to begin with. It encapsulates the five stages of grief so well, and I could genuinely feel the emotions poured into this work. I felt as if I were in the position of someone who had lost the person they cherished the most. Tracks 1–2 can be interpreted as denial, as it feels surreal to process what has happened. You cannot fully comprehend the information you've received, its as if that you were in a state of shock and disbelief, and I could feel that through these tracks. Tracks 3–7 can be interpreted as anger. We feel as though we could change the past and do something to stop what happened but were forced to confront the painful reality that we cannot bring them back. We can see this in track 7, Borderline, where it feels as though we finally realize that we cannot change the past, leaving us frustrated and angry at our inability to do so. Tracks 8–10 can be considered bargaining. We wish they were still alive, hoping that one day we would wake up and find them still by our side. Even if they couldn't be by our side, we would be content simply knowing that they still existed. Tracks 11–13 can be interpreted as depression, as we gradually lose all hope of them ever coming back and begin turning our pain inward, with thoughts of self-harm emerging from our grief. At the beginning of track 14, Her, it feels as though I'm in a dream, remembering them, the memories we shared, and the good times we spent together. By the midpoint, memories and emotions come flooding back. All I feel in that moment is love, grief, and the fear of never seeing them again. By the end, it feels as though I've finally accepted it all. The final track, track 15, Goodbye, takes me back to that same dream. It feels melancholic, overwhelming, and there's an emotion deep inside me that lingers. Yet, there's also a thought in my head telling me that everything is going to be alright. I have to keep moving forward because that's what my loved one would have wanted, and that's the thought that keeps me going, even when they're no longer with me. Even if my memories of them eventually fade, they will forever reside in my heart. I went through an entire emotional journey with this album, and I loved it so much that purple became my favorite color again. For context, purple was my favorite color when I first listened to this album in 2021. Five years later, returning to it during my lowest point of my life has brought back not only the emotions I felt when I first discovered it, but also a newfound appreciation for its beauty. Jvne did an AMAZING job of expressing her emotions through music, especially on this album, which serves as a tribute to her late girlfriend, Angel. The only wish that i have is that i wish I could forget this album entirely, just so I could experience listening to it all over again for the first time. I cried while listening to track Die Alone because of how deeply it affected me. I could genuinely feel the emotions poured into this track. Fuck depression. Hug your loved ones. your partner, your family, your friends, or anyone you know who's going through a rough time. Take the time to appreciate them. Make them feel heard. Be present for them. Sometimes, all we want is someone by our side to remind us that we're not alone, that we're loved, and that someone genuinely cares about us. You never know how much your presence might mean to someone who's struggling. Check up on your loved ones, listen to them without judgment, and remind them that they matter. Happy Mental Health Awareness Month. Please please pleaseeeee take care of yourselves and each other. You don't have to go through everything alone. I promise.

THIS IS THE BEST ALBUM EVER EXISTED I LISTEN TO IT LIKE EVERYDAY AND YEA IT NEVER BORES ME I LOVE TO FIND THE NEW SOUNDS THAT MAKE THE VIBE SOOO DEPRESSIVE AND EMOTIONAL I CANT SAY IT IN TWO WORDS i know why the album was made and i cherish how carefully every emotion was carried throughout the album, every sense of lost from getting shocked and not wanting to accept the new lifeline to an empty and dead emotional worldview. not a 10 cuz of some tracks that are quite boring for me but its absolute peak cuz of chaotic sound and non commercional type of art. masterpiece

in my opinion the best sewerslvt album, ambient dnb with so many different sounds that really encapsulates the depressing intention this album was created with

Relatively sad album if you know why exactly it was made. I think a lot of songs are too long, with ambience being there for half the song. When I’m feeling down, this album is absolutely one of the best feeling I’ve ever listened to. But on an average day, the ambience is drowning on forever. I can only imagine what Jvne was going through, and these tracks really show just how much death of a loved one sucks.
