This song definitely gave us a starting point for later in the album. This set is up with what emotions we will be introduced to. We started with drop dead giving us an idea of love and hope as said “girl so in love” but later in the album it drops into this more sad and hopeless sound for “you seem pretty sad” as if we’re Olivia and we had a crush or someone we loved but we get dropped around “begged” signifying the end of an important relationship in her life.
