This is probably my all time favorite song. I’ve always known Gackpo, but never really heard any songs with him. I believe this was the first, and I loved it. It’s definitely a meme song, but it’s a great one. Usually with meme songs, they’re fun, and silly, but usually leave more to be desired. Often repetitive and short, you get sick of them a bit. Dancing Samurai has a good song length, structure, and it’s very memorable. I mean, there’s nothing more memorable than being told to kill yourself in the first three seconds. Obviously, the lyrics aren’t meant to be taken seriously, as it’s basically : If you can’t dance, you are unworthy and should die. This song always manages to put a smile on my face with its silliness and fun music video. It holds a special place in my heart, and it better be played at my funeral. Cause even in Heaven, I am a DANCING SAMURAI 💃🗡️💃🗡️💃
